About Me:

I have been a coach for over 7 years and have worked within a diverse range of areas. This is through assisting many of people with weight gain, weight loss, strength training, powerlifting and comps, nutritional guidance, to one of my speciality’s postural correction and muscular dysfunction. Within doing so I assess and screen an Individual to see if they have localised pain or tightness and what may be limiting their health and fitness goals.
