About Me:
The first time I have started up at the gym, I had signed up at the age of 15. I wasn't a very sporty person growing up but I grew to love training in the gym. Over the years, I had fallen pregnant at the age of 21. I then had lost myself as I put on a little weight and never made that much time for the gym. I am now back on track and lost 20kg within 12 months. I didn't think it was going to be possible for me to lose weight as fast as I did, but I made the time to train and still had time for my daughter. I want to share my experience with everyone and for others who don't believe in themselves like I once did. Not only to show that anyone can do this for themselves, but the support and help that I will provide in my services.
