Since starting my own fitness journey over 7 years ago and dealing with so many ups, downs and most of all fails. I’ve learned many things that I now transfer into my career as a fitness professional.
I like to think that I not only look after my clients health and well being, but I also help them achieve confidence within the gym and into daily life, healthy relationships with foods, thinking of exercise as fun and not just a chore.
