About Me:

Rowan graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2014.  Since then, he has worked in multiple health fields including education, workcover, liaising with health specialists, gym-based rehabilitation, drug and functional capacity testing and clinical exercise prescription.  

"My keen interest is in the field of mental health and utilising exercise for the prevention of chronic health conditions, not just rehabilitation."
