I don't believe I have a Niche of certain people I train with. I work with people of all walks of life, I have taken my time to study and craft my skills to share with my clients.
From young to elderly, from building muscle/sculpting strong arms or a hour glass figure, postpartum mums who want to get their bodies feeling strong again, boxing and cardio vascular fitness, flexibility, water exercise, or simply want to move a stiff shoulder again or relieve sore knees.
I am friendly, I empathise with knowing we all have our battles and ride the waves of life. I pride myself on restoring self confidence that is lost within my clients.
We all want the same thing, HEALTH. and a long life. And to be happy with the person we see in the mirror inside and/or out.
