I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and pride myself in educating and helping others to become healthier, happier versions of themselves through the use of fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. I specialise in resistance training, and utilise the tools of hypertrophy and periodisation to strategically plan and manipulate training variables, maximising fitness adaptations while minimising the risk of injury and overtraining.
I also have an in depth understanding of nutrition, and the relationship between diet, health and disease.
I am currently studying to complete my Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science to become an Accredited Sports Scientist. I wish to go on to complete a Masters Degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology to ultimately become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
