Overall the gym is clean, well maintained, not too busy, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. What I mainly wanted to share as constructive feedback is about the sauna and bathroom area. You are clearly going for a luxurious, high-end vibe, and in most ways you have nailed it. The space feels premium with the spacious stone bathrooms, rain showers, fancy lighting, big mirrors, and thoughtful touches like Dyson hair dryers and GHD straighteners. I can also see why the sauna is located there despite it seeming a bit strange at first glance. The bathrooms are large, separated by sex, and it probably made sense from a layout and design point of view.

The one thing that really lets this area down is the volume of the music. It is extremely loud in the bathroom/sauna zone, with heavy bass that you can still feel even with noise-cancelling earphones. You mention that people can play their own music in the sauna, but even on max volume the outside music competes with it, so it does not solve the issue. A sauna is one of the few places people go specifically to unwind, and the current sound level makes it genuinely hard to relax. It also clashes with the premium atmosphere you have created. Lowering the volume in the bathroom and sauna area, or leaving it music-free, would make a huge difference and would better match the elegant, luxurious experience you are clearly aiming for.
