About Me:

I am an experienced coach with 8 years’ experience. I have a background within CrossFit and weightlifting and at 48 I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been. After suffering an injury, I know it is essential to include injury prevention as a priority within your training, no matter if you are a runner, cross fitter, or a weightlifter. The best way to reach your limits is to start with a solid foundation on which you can build your skills and training. This starts by teaching a basis of proper technique before progressing to heavy weights.

Our bodies are designed to move, and training will improve both your physical and mental health. Our jobs have forced many of us into sedentary lifestyles, it is time to regain our freedom with movement.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength or increase fitness I am looking forward to helping each of you be the best you can be and take your training to new levels #GlassCeilings
