About Me:
Having trained as an elite ballet dancer for 17 years I have developed a unique, technique based approach to helping my clients improve their strength and movement patterns. During my career I experienced some serious injuries which became a blessing in disguise as they taught me the valuable lesson of how important strength & conditioning training really is. This journey gave me the opportunity to work with some incredible health professionals who helped me discover a passion for changing people's lives through fitness. I now aspire to pass on my knowledge and experience to others by teaching them how to correctly train their bodies, achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.
