As a young teenager, I was always fascinated by health and fitness. I am now dedicated to understanding the most effective methods for clients to achieve their goals through training and nutrition.
My focus on the importance of health and physical strength was solidified further following a visit to an Aged Care Facility. I asked myself “where would I like to be in 30-40 years from now? I want to be strong enough to shower with no assistance!” I decided to devote myself to strength training whilst educating my clientele on the essentials for long-term health.
As a female wellness coach, I see my purpose in helping busy women build a healthy and sustainable relationship with food and exercise.
