In 2013, I became a Personal Trainer as I had a passion for wanting to provide the assistance that I received in my early days of boxing.
My services are designed to be personalised to your goals and fitness level. Whether it be to help you feel fitter or learn boxing techniques, I endeavour to help you to train in the most effective way possible. My services include:
• Progressive Training with weekly face-to-face sessions, a 3-4 day program and fitness testing every few months.
• Online training with initial face-to-face coaching and frequent fitness testing.
• Small group classes capped at 6 people. (Schedule a weekly routine)
