BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. You will burn up to 540 calories in one 60 minute class.  You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. Class duration: 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.


Les Mills CORE provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body, a stronger core. This makes you better at all functional fitness and everyday activites. Trained instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with resisistance bands, body weight and weight plates.  You'll enjoy a wide variety of crunches, hovers, planks, while working every single muscle from your knees to your shoulders! Class duration: 30 minutes.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness. Just one BODYCOMBAT class can burn up to 740 calories! A high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non contact, with no complex moves to master. You'll be challenged with intensity options and leave the class feeling like a champ.  Class duration: 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.  Class duration: 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy. Class duration: 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. If you are pregnant, GRIT is not suitable for you. Try BODYPUMP instead. Class duration: 30 minutes.

Relaxation/Yin: A class designed to help you relax at the end of the day. Help regulate the energy flow in your body, by relaxing and stretching your muscles in poses designed to help you feel it deep into your muscles. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Fire and Stability: A strong practice bringing concepts of location, isolation and activation of your energy resources, Assimilating them into flow (Vinyasa). Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Open Hatha: It’s all about the basics. It’s slower moving yoga that requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths. Learn relaxation techniques and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasises your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. For this reason, Pilates develops much of what exercisers need — strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture — with a much lower chance of injury than with other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasises correct form instead of going for the burn. With so many exercise variations and progressions, you may have a hard time getting bored with Pilates. *We have a specialised  Senior/Beginner Class. This is suitable for the new to Pilates, no matter your age or ability. Class duration: 50 minutes.

Perfect For: Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. 

How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. 

Benefits: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Class duration: 45 minutes unless otherwise stated.

FCBOX  is our very own boxing class. Incorporating multiple boxing techniques using pads or boxing bags. Metabolic conditioning and bodyweight strength training, whilst improving endurance and co-ordination. It’s an ideal class for those who wish to develop their upper body and core strength, through a range of fast paced and fun boxing drills. Our Instructors will adapt boxing drills to suit beginners, or challenge advanced boxers. Please bring inners or wraps to this class. Boxing gloves provided. Class duration: 45 minutes.




FITNESS CARTEL TRAINING is an all round training class.  It’s a mixture of Strength Training, Functional Training and Cardio.  The workout is constantly changing, making your results happen faster. It’s designed to get you fit, whilst building muscle and burning fat. If you are pregnant, make sure you speak to the instructor before class to learn the safe exercise options. Class duration: 30 minutes unless otherwise stated.



LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast. If you are pregnant, give RPM a try as SPRINT is not suitable for you at this time. Class duration: 30 minutes.

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.  It's fun and a great low impact way to burn up to 675 calories in a 45 minute class. Great music that will challenge you on a journey of hill climbs and fast flats. You'll boost your cardio fitness by reaching cardio peaks and easing back down. RPM is a journey, not a race! Class duration: 45 minutes unless stated otherwise.
