You can collect your Cartel Pass from your Home Club Reception.

Please make sure you collect your Cartel Pass before you visit another club. Cartel Passes cannot be orgainised at another Club. 

Please note that your membership must be active and not in arrears to receive and use your Fitness Cartel Pass.  You cannot use your Cartel Pass if your membership is on hold.

Every active member i entitled to 1 x Fitness Cartel Pass per calendar year.

If you've used your 10 visits on your annual Cartel Pass, you need to only pay $10 per visit to another Fitness Cartel.

If you will be visiting other Clubs frequently, you could upgrade to a National Passport Membership.  This allows you 24/7 access to all Fitness Cartel Health Clubs.

Please note that replacement Cartel Passes cannot be issued.  Please look after yours carefully.

You can use your Cartel Pass at any Fitness Cartel during staffed hours.

Please show reception your Cartel Pass upon arrival.  You will need to sign in to the gym on the ipad and have your card stamped.

If you know when you're visiting another club and what Group Fitness Classes you'd like to do, you can call the club and book in via reception.

Alternatively, see reception when you arrive at the club and see if there are any vacancies in the Class you'd like to do.

The Cartel Pass can only be used by the pass holder. You cannot use your Cartel Pass to bring a friend for free.  Your friend is welcome to train you, they'll just need to pay for a Casual Visit.
