Want to know more about the classes we have? Read through our Class Descriptions to find out what classes interest you. If you're new to Group Fitness, or are unsure about any of the classes, please email our Group Fitness Manager for more details.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO GROUP FITNESS, PREGNANT, INJURED, OR HAVE HEART CONDITIONS, PLEASE SPEAK TO THE INSTRUCTOR BEFORE CLASS. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY.  THERE ARE CLASSES FOR ALL SKILL, FITNESS AND ABILITY LEVELS.  OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOU HAVING SO MUCH FUN THAT YOU DON'T REALISE YOU'RE WORKING OUT!

A non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music.  Burns calories and improves strength. Class duration 60 minutes.

Tummy Butt and Thighs, an overall lower body workout designed to burn fat and tone those trouble areas. Class duration 45 minutes.

FC FCBOX.png
Get fit boxing !! Awesome cardiovascular and strength workout.  Great for calorie burning and improving your fitness. Class duration 60 minutes.

FC FATBURNER.png
Full Body workout suitable for everyone.  A combination of strength, resistance, cardio and circuit designed exercises to strip body fat, burn calories and get fit. Class duration 45 - 60 minutes.

FC SPARTAN.png
Bootcamp style circuit class. High intensity full body workout.  Have fun whilst you torch calories !! Class duration 45 - 60 minutes.

FC V-RIDE.png
V-Ride is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout.  It is designed to build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.  Class duration 30 - 60 minutes.

FC YOGA.png
A flowing and meditative yoga class for healing and restoring balance within the body mind and spirit.  Improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Class duration 60 minutes.

FC PILATES.png
A form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility. Class duration 60 minutes.

 

INDOOR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AREA

FITNESS CARTEL TRAINING - VIP is an all round training class.  It’s a mixture of Strength Training, Functional Training and Cardio.  The workout is constantly changing, making your results happen faster. It’s designed to get you fit, whilst building muscle and burning fat. If you are pregnant, make sure you speak to the instructor before class to learn the safe exercise options. Class duration 45 minutes.
Please note that FCT VIP is only available to members on a Premium Membership.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups whilst improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.  A great varied workout. Class duration 45 minutes.
