The hype is real, great vibe and a top tier protein bar & recovery room! Some of the equipment is definitely worn out, but gets the job done and there is an extensive range. Additionally have observed staff doing a check-list of equipment daily.

Nice clean venue with new top of the line equipment. Does get busy in the evenings after work however, but that is expected at any popular gym

Zia and Tina honestly make the gym such a great place to be. They’re both super welcoming, always bring good energy, and really look out for people. Whether it’s giving tips on form, answering questions, or just having a friendly chat, they make the gym feel comfortable and motivating. You can tell they actually care about the members, and it makes a huge difference. Training is always better when Zia and Tina are around.

Zia was friendly and helpful around the gym always has a smile and always there to help. Tina was also there and makes my day because she’s always has a smile on her face and says hello every time I walk in. Tonga makes the most amazing shakes and hands them out with a smile and he’s there to help as well 🔥🔥
