When I first started in the gym, I was focused on the number on the scales and trying to fit myself into an unrealistic body image. I would spend my sessions on the cardio machines, mixed with some booty band exercises, being too scared to try actual weights for the fear of becoming "too bulky". (Everyone has to start somewhere, right!)
But when I was properly introduced to weight training, I found a love and passion for it. I was able to build a strong, capable and healthy body, with a much better body image of myself.
From my own experience and gaining my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness, I have been able to expand my knowledge and skills and help my clients achieve their goals too!
My mission is to teach women to not be afraid of being "bulky" but to be strong and capable women!
