From the time I could first walk, I entered the fitness industry. My athletic upbringing involved representing QLD for artistic gymnastics and Australia for Ballet. I first began strength training in the gym when I was 10 and continue to this very day. Never once was I injured, always in impeccable shape and was prepared to endear myself through any intensity of training. I believe my strength & conditioning regime along with nutrition was key to my success as an athlete.
