Working in gyms since 14 years of age I have seen my personal health and fitness journey evolve in so many ways, from cardio obsessed, to sports performance training as a rower, to weight lifting and body recomposition for bodybuilding competitions and now a balance of training for strength, confidence and a clear mind.
