About Me:
After a very athletic childhood, I began my fitness journey into bodybuilding five years ago. After suffering an ACL tear from soccer, rehab got me into weight lifting then naturally, bodybuilding. I fell in love with the lifestyle after seeing my body transform. My training ethos is a combination of setting high standards, a relentless work ethic and a hardcore mentality. This ethos has led me to gain over 30kgs of natural lean muscle mass in five years.
I would be thrilled to pass on the knowledge that I have gained on my journey to you.
