As a coach I want to motivate, I want to inspire, I want to encourage people and above all else I want to help others. When I first started my fitness journey nearly 6 years ago, I was a very shy skinny kid who kept to himself most of the time. I wasn’t confident in how I looked or in myself at all. Since then, fitness and the gym has completely changed my life and how I view myself, it gave me something that I am extremely passionate about and has made me a much more confident and outgoing person. My aim is now to use my knowledge and expertise to help others reach their fitness goals and find this confidence in themselves too. I am currently completing a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science and I am always striving to be the best I can be. I want to help educate people, so they can feel more comfortable in the gym and in themselves.
