About Me:

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a coach and an athlete. I specialise in mobility/flexibility, joint training and longevity, injury rehabilitation and mitigation as well as functional hypertrophy/strength. My goal is to give physical freedom, pain free movement and an aesthetic build to everyone I work with. 
 All my training today is revolved around highly specialised joint-specific strength training, functional strength and hypertrophy and improving my cardiovascular health. These principles have made long lasting change in myself and everyone I work with.
