My gym journey begun when I needed rehabilitation for an injury and I have loved it ever since. I have always been driven by helping others work on being their best version of themselves. Whether you have an injury that needs to be worked on, physical/mental disability or a certain goal you want to obtain in the gym, I would be happy to help!
My favourite training styles are Strength, Hypertrophy, Functional training and Mobility! With a background In Anatomy study from my ongoing Chiropractic degree - Technique for optimal performance and injury prevention are also super important to me!
