What You'll Do
- Generate and convert leads through outreach, community engagement, and referrals
- Deliver engaging tours and sales presentations
- Create positive, professional member experiences
- Hit sales targets and support team KPIs
- Track leads and conversions in the CRM
- Work with your team to grow and strengthen the club

- Sales-focused with the ability to connect and build rapport
- Results-driven and motivated to exceed targets
- Organised, proactive, and confident multitasker
- Strong communicator who listens and empathises
- Passionate about fitness and representing the brand
- Experience is a bonus, drive and attitude matter most
