He demonstrates how to lift with correct form when exercising to prevent injury and tailors one on one sessions/programs to your bodies capabilities while ensuring this aligns with your fitness goals.
Adrian keeps you accountable towards these goals and tracks progress with regular weigh ins and measurements to monitor changes over time. While making suggestion towards nutrition or other exercises etc as required to see better results.
Since accessing Adrian for personal training, outside of our regular training days. I am more confident and consistent with weight lifting exercises on my own which I found challenging in the past as I only preferred cardio exercise. Resulting in increased strength, endurance and time spent exercising throughout a week
