We’re looking for passionate Kids Cartel team members to join Fitness Cartel Health Clubs!
As part of our Kids Cartel team, you’ll create a safe, fun, and welcoming space where children feel happy and supported, and parents can enjoy their time in the club with peace of mind.

What You'll Do
- Supervise children in a safe, engaging, and caring environment
- Follow all sign-in, booking, and pick-up procedures
- Ensure child safety through active supervision and behaviour support
- Engage with children to keep them happy, settled, and included
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming space
Who You Are
- Experience working with children
- Caring, patient, and friendly nature
- Reliable, proactive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Team player who shows initiative and multitasks well
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Flexible availability across club operating hours
