About Me:
My passion for coaching people has started from my own struggles in my past. From losing 30kg and chronic back pain when i was in my mid 20’s, I have built my business around delivering a product that helps teach people to move correctly and change their lifestyle for long term success and results.
My coaching style is mainly focused around forming healthier long-term habits and coaching based around correct functional movement. This reduces pain and niggling injuries from the body, while building strength to assist with everyday life.
