Hi, my name is Matt. I’ve played and coached professional rugby league for 15 years and am currently pursuing a career as a professional boxer.
I work with absolute beginners looking for the right knowledge to make lasting lifestyle changes, as well as clients that are already very motivated but want to finesse their training and reach specific goals. I also work with people who feel they have some functional issues that leave them more at risk of injury and want a safe and specific approach to achieve their goals. I’ve also had experience with athletes in the highest level of professional sport, who need sports specific coaching.
