I am dedicated to helping those who are struggling with mental health. My services are targeted to those who doubt themselves and doubt that things will get better. With a little help and a push from me as your trainer (and friend) I will help you see that there is so much worth living for. I am a very passionate person when it comes to mental health and how a few little adjustments in your life can make a HUGE difference.
Believe it or not, mental health affects how we think, feel and act. It affects our everyday life, such as work, relationships and study. Looking after our social and emotional wellbeing is just as important as keeping our body healthy.
