My systematic approach works for beginner or advance trainers. My goal is to bring everyone to an advanced level, getting rid of any injuries and pain is one of the benefits of the systems and approaches I use. My systematic approach will increase Strength, stamina, endurance and power as well as your body energy levels as we manipulate your Central Nervous system. A by-product of using my approach would be decreased body fat, increase in muscle mass. I start by analysing your current condition to formalise a plan to get your body moving correctly in order to progress and maximise muscular growth while giving you lots of support to make sure you succeed.
