With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have a proven track record of helping people of all ages and abilities live healthier lives, become stronger, more mobile and fit. My fitness background is Gymnastics and Martial Arts but after many years of learning multiple training disciplines I have segued to Yoga, Bodyweight training, Kettlebells, Heavy Clubbells and Locomotion as the main form of fitness for myself and everyone I work with. I teach people to blend strength and conditioning, functional movement and mobility together in a playful manner to maximise longevity of the body.
I help my clients strengthen weakened muscles and joints, restore full range of motion, loosen muscles that are tight & stabilise joints to improve control and balance. One of my greatest joys is to bring out your inner child, teach you to have fun with your training and exceed your expectations.
