What You'll Do
- Welcome members and deliver outstanding customer service
- Support reception, café, and retail operations
- Assist with bookings, enquiries, and member needs
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy club environment
- Ensure the club is clean, organised, and well presented

- Experience in customer service with strong communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Passion for health, fitness, and working with people
- Reliable, proactive, and well-presented
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning systems and multitasking across roles
