I’ve personally had my own weight loss journey and have lost over 40kg in the past couple of years. Over this period, I found a deep passion for fitness and wanting to help people. I understand the struggles and want to inspire people. I want to promote healthier lifestyles and habits while also educating my clients to achieve their fitness goals.
