Bio

My mission is to help women become the healthiest, happiest, strongest and most confident version of themselves. When I first began my own fitness journey, I struggled with anxiety and found it difficult to even step foot in a gym. That experience shaped the way I now coach, creating a welcoming, supportive and fun environment where women feel comfortable and leave each session with a smile. I believe health and fitness is for everyone and with the right safe, encouraging space, anything is possible. As your coach, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader and hype woman while also challenging you, keeping you accountable and helping you build a balanced lifestyle that allows you to thrive both inside and outside the gym.
