I’m a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach specialising in binge eating support, nutritional literacy, fat loss, strength and mobility. My own journey began with a trainer who helped me break habits and shift my mindset what once felt like something I “had to do” became something I wanted to do. I know the struggles of binge eating, low confidence and being borderline obese, which is why I’m passionate about helping others build confidence, strength and a lifestyle they enjoy. I now work one-on-one with clients to create lasting training, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
