Bio

With over 10 years of strength training and a background in competitive gymnastics and swimming, I bring a deep understanding of movement, strength and mobility at every stage of life. As a mum, I know the challenges of balancing health and family, which is why I specialise in helping busy mums achieve their goals through tailored training and nutrition that supports their lifestyle.
