Bio

I live and breathe health and fitness. This is my 13th year as a Personal Trainer/Coach and I’m just as passionate about it now as I was in my first year. I love nothing more than going on a journey with my client, ticking off those goals and creating new ones. Having come from an eating disorder background, I love teaching women how to have a good relationship with food and training. Having competed in INBA bodybuilding to obstacle course racing ( Spartan / Tough Mudder ) to CrossFit Games and now a Streetlifting competitor, I believe in finding what you love to do but not to be scared to try something new. I’ve trained couples for weddings, pre and post pregnancy, QLD Police / QLD Firefighter physical preparation, obstacle course racing, fitness shoots, Powerlifting Competition preparation and a CRPS Warrior with a battery in his back. Love what you do and you’ll never work a day.
