I specialise in all things Women’s Health from managing menstrual cycles, preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and all of the challenges in between. I believe in empowering women through an holistic approach to health and exercise to build their confidence, strength and fitness to live life to their fullest potential.
