Hey I’m Olivia and I have a massive love for health and fitness and helping others live healthier lifestyles. As a certified nutritionist, group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I’ve started Olivia Ellis Coaching & Nutrition to help girls feel empowered and build a more confident and stronger body to unlock your full potential through fitness. My journey into the world of fitness began through dancing when I was younger and learning the importance of training and fuelling my body correctly. From there, I decided to study various exercises principles, nutrition science, and exercise behaviours. This diverse approach allows me to tailor programs that not only get physical results but also sustainable lifestyle changes. I firmly believe fitness is not just about the body but also the mind. It’s about finding balance, pushing boundaries, and discovering strengths you never knew you had. I create personalised programs that are challenging yet enjoyable, ensuring you stay motivated and engaged throughout your journey.
