Bio

Moe grew up in a sporting background predominantly Rugby League whilst using the gym for a sport specific purpose before he fell in love with lifting weights! After overcoming a serious shoulder injury through physical preparation & addressing the body’s functional ability & posture he found his purpose in helping others in a similar position. Self development and improving his physique has lead to be him being in the gym for over 10 years. Moe believes many of the characteristics learnt from your fitness journey can be applied to all other avenues of life! From business to family routine.
