I’m a highly experienced fitness professional with extensive work in personal training, group fitness, and Pilates. Alongside my fitness career, I also bring experience and training across from military, maritime security, and high-risk protection environments—instilling discipline, precision, and resilience into my coaching style. I specialize in strength and conditioning, functional movement, and Pilates-based training, with additional expertise in injury management, pre and post-natal care, occupational fitness, and programs tailored to special needs or disabilities.
Backed by first response medical training and performance coaching, I deliver safe, adaptable, and results-driven programs for every client.
