Bio

My name is Matt, and I’ve always been interested in health and fitness. The reason I became a PT is to help people who don’t know where to start or are stuck with their current progress. My services will cater to clients of different ages and genders who want to lose weight or gain lean muscle, so they can feel more confident in themselves. In my own journey, I used to weigh 125kg, then I lost 20kg in 7 months by putting in the work and dieting correctly. So, I want to use my experience to help others with their journey. Whatever challenges you’re facing, we’ll face them together.
