I’m not here to hand out generic plans. With 7 years on the gym floor and 6,000+ coaching hours, I’m here to show you how to build results that actually stick. I dropped 35 kilos and kept it off for nearly a decade. My coaching is built on what works in the real world, evidence-based training and systems that keep you consistent.
