Bio

I’m a former Army serviceman with over 10 years of personal strength and conditioning training under my belt. While I’m new to the fitness industry professionally, I bring a wealth of life experience, discipline, and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and confidence. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science to deepen my knowledge and better support my clients. I love working with both men and women to help them achieve their fitness goals, feel strong, and build confidence in the gym. My goal is to create a supportive and approachable training environment where you feel comfortable, motivated, and ready to become the best version of yourself.
