Fitness has always been a large part of my life. I grew up playing various sports throughout my childhood and teenage years. When I stopped playing rugby league at 18 to focus on refereeing, I joined a gym to maintain my physical strength. Since then, I have crafted a lifestyle focused on improving my physique, performance, and nutrition, while still balancing the everyday commitments of work and family life. I look forward to sharing this lifestyle with others and helping them achieve their fitness goal.
