1 - I don’t wanna talk to anyone when I go to the gym, IMO customer service isn’t needed. Headphones in, head down, lock in. For the record tho, signed up today and everyone was helpful and friendly.
2 - You can’t complain about cancellation costs - they make it very clear at sign up.
3 - The place is spotless, equipment is great, plenty of supplements if you need some, temps good and prices are competitive.
4 - The only thing that concerns me is figuring out how I’m going to leave the gym without smashing GYG on the regular….. That place smells too good.
Looking forward to dragging my a$$ there 1 to 5 days a week in 2026 😉
