About Me:
As a young adult I was overweight and I decided at 18 I was going to change that. And so I lost 25kg on my own; this is what started my passion for the health and fitness industry.
Since then I have completed my bachelors and worked along side athletes as well as the general population to work towards their many differing goals. I strive to provide my clients with the tools to create a sustainable, realistic and up to date approach for their goals. Providing them with motivation, guidance and knowledge around all aspects of their health and fitness.
