About Me:
Being a part of high performance as an athlete in my teenage years, I was inspired to become a performance coach to train and guide young athletes to reach their peak performance in sport. I have completed my Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I've worked alongside young athletes, and general population working towards their goals, but also helping athletes perform off and on the field in their chosen sport. I strive to provide my clients with tools, education and motivation to perform well in the gym to reach their goals. This provides them with guidance and knowledge to strive to be better.
