The team is very friendly and cooperative. They didn't let you feel you have came into a new place and my trainer is a perfect person for me to give a kick-start to me in the gym as I am new in the gym but the way he goes with me in everything is just fabulous. He is amazing, with his help I think I can achieve my goals in less time with no any botheration he is very flexible towards my schedule
