Becoming a PT for me was a heart made decision that ultimately has become one of the best decisions I have made. I chose personal training because I have been through it and I know how challenging it can be to “not be happy” with who you see in the mirror. After my 3rd child, I faced body dysmorphia with the weight I had put on and decided I needed to do something about it so I joined 2x 8w challenges, however, mentally I was not ready for what was involved and I was worried about the numbers in front of me so I still wasn’t happy. That’s when I made the decision to join Fitness Cartel and get myself a PT that could help me 1 on 1 and guide me to where I want to be. My PT challenged me, inspired me and pushes me to be a better me so that I can achieve those goals I set out to achieve which along the way has helped me get to where I am today.

I want to be that person for someone else, I want to be the motivation and the one that helps you become a better version of yourself, I want to watch you grow into your confidence and happiness through training and healthy habit making. I have the desire and passion for helping others to live to their very best potential physically and mentally which is why I care deeply about my clients so there is nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them feel that happiness, confidence and strength because for myself, it wasn’t just a physical battle it was also a mental one.
