About Me:
I am currently training for powerlifting, being coached by Matthew Cunningham. After observing his coaching practices during my studies, shadowing and work experience, I have adopted a lot of his principles/models for training and aim to deliver services that excel the standard.
Along my journey I have amassed 20kg of lean body mass, trained and studied for strength, hypertrophy and have achieved an overall deeper understanding of a healthier lifestyle. I would like to help other people along their own journeys to become fitter and healthier.
